By accessing or using KinkyEurope.eu (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
2. Age requirement
The Site contains adult content and information about venues intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. What KinkyEurope.eu is
KinkyEurope.eu is a directory of adult leisure venues and events across Europe. We publish information provided by venue operators and event organisers. We do not operate, endorse, or take responsibility for any venue or event listed. Listings are informational only.
4. User accounts & submitted content
Registered members may save listings, leave reviews, and access member-only features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to submit content that is false, defamatory, harassing, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content or account at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site to:
- Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the directory (see below);
- Post or transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages;
- Impersonate any person or entity;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
6. Database rights
The KinkyEurope.eu database is a proprietary compilation protected under the EU Database Directive (96/9/EC) and applicable Dutch law. Systematic extraction or re-utilisation of any substantial part of the database — including automated scraping, mirroring, or bulk downloading — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (excluding user-submitted content and third-party venue information) is owned by or licensed to Innotrends (innotrends.nl) and may not be reproduced without permission. Venue names, logos, and images remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that listing information (opening hours, prices, entry requirements) is accurate or up to date. Always verify directly with the venue before visiting.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, Innotrends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or any listed venue or event.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
